Shipping Information

At Sapphire Eyes Cattery, the safety and well-being of our kittens are our top priorities. We offer domestic shipping within the United States for an additional flat fee of $500. This fee covers the cost of airline-approved crate, health certificate, veterinary check-up, and cargo airfare.

✈️ Shipping Method

We ship our kittens via air cargo through trusted and pet-friendly airline services. All kittens travel in a climate-controlled, pressurized cargo section of the plane, which is specifically designed for animal transport. The flight is non-stop whenever possible and carefully scheduled to avoid extreme weather conditions.

📅 Age Requirement

Kittens are only shipped when they reach 16 weeks of age (4 months). This ensures they are fully weaned, vaccinated, and emotionally ready to adjust to their new homes. Shipping at this age also complies with USDA and airline pet transport regulations.

📝 Shipping Requirements & Policies:

A signed purchase agreement and shipping consent form must be completed prior to transport.The balance for the kitten and the shipping fee must be paid in full at least 7 days before the scheduled departure.A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (Health Certificate) will be issued within 10 days of shipping, as required by federal law.The buyer must be available at the destination airport at the scheduled arrival time to receive the kitten and present valid ID.If flight delays or cancellations occur due to weather or airline issues, we will reschedule the shipment at no additional cost.We do not ship internationally at this time.
